My wife and I normally can make ends meet but lately its been tough to pay all of them. We have 3 kids and after morgage and others bills the water bill and power bill have been backed up. I need help with water and power bills our water is now cut off and Were just hanging on to the power. So if anyone can help we would likke to here from you. Thank you...
